LG Washer PE code: Water level sensor error
The part that measures how much water is in the tub is giving readings the washer cannot trust. Without it the washer cannot fill or drain correctly.
Most common causes
- Failed water level (pressure) sensor
- Loose, pinched or clogged sensor hose
- Loose wiring to the sensor
- Control board fault
What you can safely check yourself
- Unplug the washer for 10 seconds, plug it back in and restart the cycle
- Make sure the washer is not overloaded and is using the right detergent
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
