| Fill hose inspection & tub sanitizing clean Inspect both fill hoses for cracks, bulges and rust, check the valve and drain connections, level the machine, and run a sanitizing tub clean. | Dryer vent & exhaust duct cleaning Full duct clean from the drum to the outside hood, lint trap housing vacuumed, and an airflow test before and after. NFPA asks for this yearly; every 6 months if you run several loads a day, have pets, or the duct run is long. | Filter clean & descale Strip and wash the filter assembly and large-object trap, clear the spray arms, descale the tub and check the drain hose. Bosch asks for the filter three or four times a year; annually is right for a professional descale, sooner on hard water. | HVAC coil cleaning & drain service Clean the evaporator and condenser coils, flush and treat the condensate drain, and check the contactor, capacitor and blower. | HVAC filter replacement Replace the return-air filter, check the blower compartment and confirm static pressure is where it should be.
