The confirmation email we sent when you booked — subject line starts "Booking confirmed".
The text message we send the morning of your appointment.
The "on the way" text, which also carries your technician's live location.

Email us from the address you booked with and we'll send the link straight back. Have your job number handy if you have it — it looks like FA-1041.
