The price before the work
A flat-rate, itemized quote on your phone. Nothing starts until you approve it, and any extra finding is its own line you can decline.
A 2-hour window, confirmed the evening before
You book a half-day slot; the evening before, we text you a 2-hour arrival window inside it, and a live map when the van leaves. If an earlier job pushes it, you hear from us before the window opens — not after.
90 days, no callback fee
If the same fault comes back inside 90 days we return at no charge. No second diagnostic, no argument.
Decline and owe only the diagnostic
If the repair isn't worth it we say so, and the written diagnosis is yours to keep. The diagnostic fee is all you pay.

The diagnostic visit is $79. The technician inspects the appliance, finds the fault and gives you a flat-rate quote on the spot. Approve it and the $79 is credited in full toward the repair; decline it and the diagnostic is all you pay.

How fast can a technician come out?
Most repairs are booked for the same week and many for the same or next day. You book a morning, midday, afternoon or evening slot online, 24/7; the evening before, we text you a 2-hour arrival window inside it. Technicians work 8 AM to 10 PM every day.
Which brands do you repair?
All major brands: Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, Kenmore and more. Add the model number when you book and the technician brings the likely parts on the first visit.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair carries a 90-day labor warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer warranty. If the same fault returns inside 90 days, we come back at no charge.
Can I see where my technician is?
Yes. Once your technician is on the way you get a text with a live map and an arrival estimate, plus the technician's name and rating.
