SMS terms & consent
Last updated: September 13, 2026 · FixPro Appliances is a trade name of Fast Appliances LLC (fastappliances.com).
What we send
When you book an appliance repair with FixPro Appliances and opt in, we send service-related text messages about your appointment. That means: a booking confirmation with your arrival window, a reminder the day before, a message when your technician is on the way with a live tracking link, a message when your repair quote is ready to approve, updates if a part has to be ordered, and a receipt with your warranty details once the repair is done.
These are transactional messages tied to a repair you booked. We do not sell your number and we do not send third-party advertising to it.
How you opt in
There are three ways a number ends up on this program, and each one is a decision the person being texted makes. Consent is never a condition of booking a repair: you can book without it and we will email you instead.
1. The booking form
On the last step of the online booking form, after your contact details and address, this box appears. It is unchecked until you check it. This is the box exactly as it is shown:
2. Booking by phone
When you book by calling our office, we read this before we enter your number: “This is FixPro Appliances, part of Fast Appliances LLC. May we send you text messages about this repair — the appointment confirmation, when the technician is on the way, and your quote? You would get about 4 to 6 texts per repair. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.” We record your answer, who took it and when, on the job. A “no” means we email and call instead.
3. Residents of a property booked by someone else
When a landlord or property manager books a repair at a property where someone else lives, their booking does not opt the resident in, and we do not text the resident. The person who booked receives a separate resident link — a tracking page with no pricing — to pass on. On that page the resident enters their own mobile number and checks this box. It is unchecked until they check it, and nothing is sent to that number until they do. This is the form exactly as it is shown:
Get arrival texts for this visit
The person who booked this repair gets every update. If you live at the property and want the arrival texts on your own phone, enter your number below. Nothing is sent unless you tick the box.
Your mobile number(407) 000-0000
Text me arrival updates
The consent is recorded on the job as the resident’s own, with the time and the page it came from, and that number receives one confirmation text:
FixPro Appliances: you’re set to get arrival texts for the repair visit [job number] (about 3–4 texts). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Residents receive appointment and arrival messages only, never quotes, prices or invoices, and replying STOP from that number stops them on every appointment it appears on. We never send a text asking a resident to opt in: a request for consent is itself a text, and the number has not agreed to receive one.
Message frequency
Frequency varies by appointment. A typical repair generates four to six messages between booking and completion. We do not send recurring messages between jobs.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. FixPro Appliances does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply START to resubscribe. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment — we will switch to email and phone.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, call (407) 349-7660, or email info@fixproappliances.com.
Carriers
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
