Samsung Dryer bE code: Stuck button
The control panel reads one of its buttons as being held down continuously. The dryer may not respond normally.
Most common causes
- Button stuck in from dirt or residue
- Moisture on the control panel
- Worn button membrane or display board
What you can safely check yourself
- Turn the dryer off, then press and release each button, including around its edges.
- Wipe the panel with a lightly damp cloth and dry it, then power back on.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
