Samsung Dryer AC code: Communication error
The dryer's internal control boards are not communicating with each other. The dryer may stop or not respond to the buttons.
Most common causes
- Temporary electronic glitch after a power interruption
- Loose wiring between the control boards
- Failed main control or display board
What you can safely check yourself
- Unplug the dryer or switch off its breaker for about 60 seconds, then restore power and restart.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
