Samsung Dishwasher HE code: Heating / temperature detection error
The dishwasher did not detect the water temperature it expected while heating. Dishes may come out wet or not fully clean.
Most common causes
- Failed heating element
- Faulty temperature sensor
- Wiring or control board fault
- Temporary glitch after a power interruption
What you can safely check yourself
- Empty the dishwasher, add detergent and run a Normal cycle.
- If the code returns, turn the power off at the breaker for 30 seconds, then try again.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
