Samsung Dishwasher 3C code: Pump failure
The dishwasher detected that its wash (circulation) pump is not working correctly. Water is not being moved through the spray system.
Most common causes
- Debris jamming the pump
- Failed wash pump motor
- Loose pump wiring
- Control board fault
What you can safely check yourself
- Clean the filter and check the sump for broken glass or debris.
- Turn the dishwasher off, then restart the cycle.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
