Samsung Dishwasher 7E code: Waterwall reflector error
On Waterwall models, the moving reflector that sweeps water across the tub is not moving correctly.
Most common causes
- Packing tape still on the reflector in a new dishwasher
- Dish, utensil or debris blocking the reflector track
- Reflector off its track
- Failed reflector drive motor
What you can safely check yourself
- On a new dishwasher, remove any shipping tape from the reflector.
- Check the reflector track at the bottom of the tub for anything blocking it.
- Make sure the reflector sits correctly on its track, then restart.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
