Samsung Dishwasher error codes

The dishwasher is not getting water with enough pressure (or at the right temperature) to fill properly. It stops rather than wash with too little water.

The dishwasher could not drain water properly, so water may be left standing in the bottom of the tub.

The dishwasher did not detect the water temperature it expected while heating. Dishes may come out wet or not fully clean.

The leak sensor in the base of the dishwasher detected water. The dishwasher drains automatically and will not run until the base is dry. On Waterwall models, a blocked Waterwall reflector can also trigger it.

The dishwasher detected too much water in the tub. Samsung handles this the same way as a drain problem.

This code means different things depending on the model. On Waterwall models it means water is not passing through the filter because the filter is clogged; on rotary spray-arm models it is a high-temperature heater error.

The dishwasher detected that its wash (circulation) pump is not working correctly. Water is not being moved through the spray system.

The water coming into the dishwasher is hotter than it is designed to accept. Samsung says the hot water supply should stay at or below 176°F.

On Waterwall models, the moving reflector that sweeps water across the tub is not moving correctly.

The dishwasher did not get enough water into the tub to wash properly.

The dishwasher reads one of its buttons as being held down continuously.

The control panel and the main control board are not communicating.

The dishwasher detected that it is getting too hot inside while heating. It stops to protect itself and your dishes.

The dishwasher is getting inaccurate readings from its temperature sensor, so it cannot control heating properly.
