The refrigerator is not detecting normal water flow to the dispenser or ice maker. It often points to low water pressure or a supply problem rather than a broken part.

- Water supply valve closed

What you can safely check yourself
- Make sure the water supply valve to the refrigerator is open
- Check the water line behind the unit for kinks
- Replace the water filter if it is overdue
