| Er dH E dH, dH | Defrost error The automatic defrost ran but the freezer coil did not warm up enough in the time allowed. Frost can keep building on the coil and cooling drops off. |
| Er FF E FF, FF | Freezer fan error The freezer fan motor is not turning properly. Ice or frost around the fan usually blocks it, and the freezer and fridge can start to warm up. |
| Er IF E IF, IF | Ice maker fan error The fan that blows cold air to the ice maker is blocked or not running. Frost or ice around the fan is the usual cause, and ice production slows or stops. |
| Er rF E rF, rF | Refrigerator fan error The fan that moves cold air in the fresh-food section is blocked or not working, often because of frost buildup. |
| Er CF E CF, CF | Condenser fan error The condenser fan near the compressor at the back bottom of the refrigerator is blocked or not running. Without it, the refrigerator cannot get rid of heat and cooling suffers. |
| Er dS E dS, dS | Defrost sensor error The sensor that tells the refrigerator when the freezer coil has finished defrosting is faulty. Defrosting may not work right and frost can build up. |

| Er gF E gF, gF | Water flow sensor error The refrigerator is not detecting normal water flow to the dispenser or ice maker. It often points to low water pressure or a supply problem rather than a broken part. |
