LG Dryer tE2 code: Temperature sensor error (cold conditions)
A dryer temperature sensor is reporting a problem that LG links to cold conditions, such as a dryer in an unheated garage. It can also appear when the sensor itself is faulty.

- Dryer installed in a very cold room or garage
- Vent or lint blockage
- Faulty thermistor or its wiring
What you can safely check yourself
- Let the dryer warm up to room temperature before running it
- Clean the lint filter and check the vent path
- Unplug the dryer for a minute, plug it back in and restart
