| d90 d75, d80, d95, Flow Sense | Vent blockage warning (Flow Sense) The dryer's Flow Sense system found that air cannot flow freely out the exhaust vent. The number is roughly how restricted the vent is: d75 about 75%, d80 about 80%, d90 about 90% and d95 about 95%. On LG gas dryers, a d80 can also point to not enough gas reaching the dryer. |
| nP NP | No power to heater The electric dryer is not getting power to its heating element, so it tumbles but will not heat. It is usually a household power or wiring issue. |
| tE1 tE3 | Temperature sensor error One of the dryer's temperature sensors (thermistors) is giving a reading outside the normal range. Without accurate readings the dryer stops to stay safe. |
| dE d E | Door open error The dryer thinks the door is not fully closed, so it will not start or it stops mid-cycle. |
| F0 FO | Lint filter not in place The dryer detected that the lint filter is missing or not seated correctly, so it will not run. |
| gAS | No gas supply (gas dryers) On LG gas dryers, this code means the dryer is not receiving gas, so it cannot heat. |
| HS | Moisture sensor error The dryer's humidity (moisture) sensor is not working correctly, so it cannot judge when clothes are dry. Sensor-dry cycles may end too early or run too long. |
| PF | Power failure The dryer lost power during a cycle, for example during an outage, and stopped. |
| PS | Power supply error The dryer detected incorrect voltage coming in. LG says it is usually caused by the power cord wires being connected wrong at the dryer's terminal block. |
| tE2 | Temperature sensor error (cold conditions) A dryer temperature sensor is reporting a problem that LG links to cold conditions, such as a dryer in an unheated garage. It can also appear when the sensor itself is faulty. |
