Samsung Refrigerator PC ER code: Communication error
The display panel is not communicating with the main control board. Cooling may still work, but the display cannot show or change settings.
Most common causes
- Loose door wire harness connection (often at the top hinge)
- Power glitch
- Display or main board fault
What you can safely check yourself
- Unplug the refrigerator or switch off its breaker for about a minute, then restore power.
