Samsung Refrigerator 21E code: Freezer fan error
The freezer's evaporator fan is not turning as the control expects. The freezer and fridge may not stay cold enough.
Most common causes
- Ice buildup blocking the freezer fan
- Freezer door not sealing

What you can safely check yourself
- Check that the freezer door closes fully and the gasket is not torn or folded.
- Move food to coolers, unplug the unit and leave the doors open for several hours to melt ice, then restart.
