Samsung Refrigerator 83E code: Compressor abnormal current
The control detected unusual electrical current to the compressor. It can follow a power surge, or point to a compressor or inverter board problem.

What you can safely check yourself
- Unplug the refrigerator or switch off its breaker for 60 seconds, then restore power.
- Make sure the fridge is on a grounded outlet with no extension cord.
