Samsung Oven / Range -dC- code: Oven divider (partition) error
On Flex Duo / twin-oven models, the oven divider is not installed correctly or was moved while the oven was running.
Most common causes
- Divider not pushed fully into the correct rack position
- Divider inserted or removed during cooking
- Something blocking the partition switch at the back of the oven
- Failed partition switch
What you can safely check yourself
- Turn the oven off, let it cool, then reinstall the divider firmly in the rack position your manual specifies (Samsung lists the third position from the top on electric/dual-fuel and the fourth on gas).
- Check that nothing blocks the switch at the back of the oven where the divider seats.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
