| C-20 | Oven temperature sensor error The oven temperature sensor reads as an open circuit while the oven is running, so the control cannot measure oven temperature. |
| C-21 | Oven overheating / sensor short The oven temperature is rising abnormally high, or the temperature sensor reads as shorted. The oven shuts off heating to stay safe. |
| C-d0 | Stuck control key A button on the control panel has read as pressed for about a minute. The oven stops to avoid acting on a stuck key. |
| C-d1 | Door lock error The oven door lock is not in the position the control expects, usually around a self-clean cycle. The oven may refuse to lock or unlock. |
| SE 5E | Shorted or stuck keypad The control reads a key on the touchpad as shorted or constantly pressed. The oven controls may beep, lock up or not respond. This SE is on the oven control panel and is different from other Samsung appliances' SE codes. |
| -dC- -dE- | Oven divider (partition) error On Flex Duo / twin-oven models, the oven divider is not installed correctly or was moved while the oven was running. |
| C-24 | Oven heating too fast The oven temperature is rising abnormally quickly. The control stops to prevent overheating. |
| C-F0 C-F2 | Control communication error Two of the range's electronic boards stopped communicating. C-F0 is between the main and sub boards; C-F2 is between the main board and the touch panel. |
| door | Door not closed The oven thinks the door is not fully closed, usually through the small plunger switch the door presses when it shuts. |
| tESt tE5t | Demo mode The range is in showroom demo mode, so the display works but the oven will not heat. This is a setting, not a failure. |
