Samsung Oven / Range C-d0 code: Stuck control key
A button on the control panel has read as pressed for about a minute. The oven stops to avoid acting on a stuck key.
Most common causes
- Moisture, grease or cleaner on the control panel
- Button physically stuck
- Worn keypad (membrane) or touch control
What you can safely check yourself
- Wipe the control panel with a damp cloth and dry it completely.
- Press each key firmly to see if one is stuck.
- Turn the oven off and try again; if it persists, switch off the range's breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
