Samsung Oven / Range C-20 code: Oven temperature sensor error
The oven temperature sensor reads as an open circuit while the oven is running, so the control cannot measure oven temperature.
Most common causes
- Failed oven temperature sensor
- Loose or damaged sensor wiring
- Control board fault
What you can safely check yourself
- Turn the oven off and restart.
- If it persists, switch off the range's breaker for at least 30 seconds, then restore power.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
