| SY EF 5Y EF | Evaporator fan fault The refrigerator found a problem in the evaporator fan circuit. That fan moves cold air from the freezer coils through the fridge. Frigidaire says this code needs authorized service. You may notice the fridge warming up. |
| DI SP DISP | Ice jam in dispenser Ice is jammed in the dispenser chute. An alarm may sound until it's cleared. |
| H HI, High Temp | High temperature alarm The fridge or freezer got warmer than a safe level. Frigidaire's alarm triggers at about 55°F in the fridge or 26°F in the freezer. It often follows a door left open or a power outage. |
| OP SH | Temperature sensor fault When OP or SH shows in the fridge or freezer temperature display, the temperature sensor for that compartment is reading open (OP) or shorted (SH). Frigidaire says this needs authorized service. |
| PF | Power failure The refrigerator lost power or saw a power surge. A high-temperature alarm may also show until it cools back down. |
| SY CE SY CF | Control communication error The main control board and the display or user interface board have stopped communicating. Cooling may keep working, but the display, dispenser, ice maker or lights may act up. Frigidaire says this code needs authorized service. |
