| F10 | Runaway temperature The oven sensed a temperature higher than it should be and stopped as a safety measure. Frigidaire calls this a thermal runaway condition. |
| F11 | Shorted keypad The control thinks a button on the keypad is being held down or is shorted. The oven may beep and won't respond normally. |
| F30 F31 | Oven temperature sensor fault The control is getting a bad reading from the oven temperature sensor, the probe inside the oven that measures its heat. F30 means the sensor circuit is open and F31 means it is shorted. The oven can't regulate its temperature until this is fixed. |
| F90 F91, F92, F93, F94 | Door lock problem The oven found a problem with the motorized door lock used during self-clean. The door may not lock or unlock, and self-clean may not start. |
| F1 | Control or keypad fault On current Frigidaire ranges, F1 means the control found a shorted keypad. On some older models, repair guides link F1 to the oven temperature sensor or the control board instead, so the exact meaning depends on your model. |
| F13 | Control memory (EEPROM) failure The oven control found an error in its internal memory chip, which stores its settings and programming. |
