The washer detected too much detergent foam in the drum.
Most common causes
- Too much detergent
- Using non-HE detergent
- Lightly soiled loads that need less detergent

- Use less HE detergent, especially for lightly soiled loads.
- Run a rinse cycle to clear the suds.
