The washer detected an imbalance in the drum and couldn't spin at full speed.
Most common causes
- A single heavy item washed alone
- Laundry bunched on one side
- Washer not level
What you can safely check yourself
- Wash large and small items together so the load spreads out.
- Close zippers and buttons.
- Redistribute the load and run a spin cycle.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
