| H2O SUPPLY IE | No water supply The washer isn't sensing water coming in. On some models the Wash and Rinse lights blink instead of showing a code. GE front-load washers run the drain pump for about four minutes as a precaution when this happens. |
| dE | Lid open The washer detected that the lid is open, so it won't continue. The code flashes for a short time before the washer stops. |
| FE | Water level too high Water in the washer has reached a critical level, which could lead to an overflow. GE treats this as urgent. |
| Lid light blinking Lid Locked light blinking | Lid not opened between cycles On 2017-and-newer GE washers, a blinking Lid or Lid Locked light can mean three cycles were started without the lid being opened. The washer wants to confirm the lid switch works. |
| UE Spin light blinking | Unbalanced load The load is unevenly spread in the tub, so the washer can't spin safely. On models without a display, the Spin or Spin & Rinse light blinks. |
