Bosch Dryer E01 code: Lint filter blocked
The lint filter is clogged and needs to be cleaned. Note: Bosch lists E02 as a lint filter code on some dryers and as a control relay fault on others. If cleaning the filter doesn't clear E02, it needs service.

- Lint filter not cleaned after each load
- Fabric softener residue clogging the filter mesh
What you can safely check yourself
- Remove the lint filter and discard the lint.
- Rinse the filter under warm running water and let it dry completely before putting it back.
- Clean the filter after every drying cycle.
Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning anything. Do not open panels, touch gas connections or bypass safety switches.
